  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Citrus Chili Marinade

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Balsamic Rosemary Marinade

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients of your marinade of choice

  2. Soak the steak for 30 minutes to 24 hours for the best taste.

  3. Use a plastic bag or shallow dish to cover the meat with marinade fully.

  4. Keep it in the fridge. This stops bacteria and lets the flavors soak in.

  5. Use 1/4 to 1/2 cup of marinade per pound of steak. This coats the meat well and balances the flavors.

  6. Grill, serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don’t marinate too long. Acid can make the meat mushy.
