Zesty Garlic and Herb Marinade
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Citrus Chili Marinade
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Balsamic Rosemary Marinade
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Mix the ingredients of your marinade of choice

Soak the steak for 30 minutes to 24 hours for the best taste.

Use a plastic bag or shallow dish to cover the meat with marinade fully.

Keep it in the fridge. This stops bacteria and lets the flavors soak in.

Use 1/4 to 1/2 cup of marinade per pound of steak. This coats the meat well and balances the flavors.
