Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400-450°F).
Season the steak generously with salt, pepper, and other desired seasonings. Allow the seasoned steak to rest for 20-30 minutes before grilling.
Place the steak on the grill and sear each side for a few minutes until a golden crust forms.
After searing, adjust the heat or move the steak to a cooler part of the grill.
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest on a cutting board covered with foil for 5-10 minutes. Slice the steak against the grain for tenderness.
