  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground elk meat, ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
